Base circle, cylinder length, rocker arm, case deck dimension, etc, etc, etc, etc.

If the o.p wants non adjustable then he needs to use adjustables and then measure to get correct length rods made. Or take the manufacturer s word, fueling, I wouldn't do that.
Honestly, I've never heard of big twins using non adjustable push rods. I've just kept mine that way in my xl. Like I said o.p. you're going to have to use adjustable to get your length.
We have a tool we purchased yeeeeears ago to establish pushrod length in engines of unknown pushrod dimensions.
Works well, and we would always use an adjustable to be able to use different cams, etc, etc, etc.
