When you say stock push rods are you using the one piece Perfect Fit? Is the base circle of the new cam the same as stock? Your PR could be to long or to short. As has been mentioned check compression and PR placement.
My 2009 did the same thing, was riding down the road one day and just quit. It acted like it ran out of fuel. Checked it had fuel it had spark it ended up being crank shaft position sensor wire was broke. Now its good as new.

Yea first post he said cams from Kirby, then later said stock push rods.
The cam is not stock it's an S&S 570. I'm picking up adjustables now. I feel like a freaking idiot and it's now been made public lol.

I'm laughing because I know the feeling. I did my own FM 107 install and was ABSOLUTELY meticulous protecting the studs with wire loom, laying shop towels over case openings, all parts labeled, etc, etc, blah , blah. Carefully reassembled cylinders and heads, went to pull shop towel protecting the engine case and woila....shop towel firmly tightened between cylinder and engine case. Weeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
