Default Custom throttle racket

I've got a bracket that will work, but the edge sticks out too far and hits the frame. What would be the best way to get this cut? Does lowes or Home Depot have a way to trim this? Or what tool would I need? I'm unsure of what type of metal it is
Thank you

Ummmmm a picture would be helpful. Most of us on here lost our ESP ability back when we changed over into the new millennium.

Picture wouldn't uploaded for some reason, I've failed rule number one. Be smarter than your equipment. Oh well, in any case I ended up buying a dremel and a metal cutting blade. It took a while but came out clean and was totally worth it
