I am drawing a blank, but I know there are some sponsors in the back of Hot Bike Mag that advertise accepting TC88Bs. I will take a look and post up tomorrow
I don't know the mounting diff between the two, I have only had EVOs. I also think that there are adapters made by some major custom manufacturers to adapt an EVO frame to TC88s as well.
In the process of building one up now. I have found a couple of mfg. One is Rolling Thunder and the other is carried by Steel thunder. Get ready to add about 25% to the cost of a regular evo type frame. Rolling thunder's frame is top quality but will cost you 2500.00 plus shipping.
dont see many 88B customs though

ADDED:
I'm thinking of building my own bike and intend to use a TC88B or 96B motor and HD six speed.
HD doesn't make the kind of Springer Softail I want anymore so I figure I'll just make it myself.
Kraft Tech makes a TC88B frame... they look pretty standard, much like a stock frame, not quite what I am looking for. They have all the brackets welded on for oil tank, fuel tank, etc, and I end up cutting all but the engine and tranny mounts off... I too am looking for a frame for a TC88B... I purchased my last frame from who will build a "B" frame for me. All they need is either the dimensions or an existing frame or an engine. The mounting is quite different in that the bolts to hold the engine in the frame are horizontal thru the engine block under the engine as opposed to vertically dropped down thru the engine block thru the frame. My wife has an 03 Heritage and I have studied her frame. Thinking about just taking hers apart and getting the dimensions... but she was not too crazy about the idea, go figure! I have considered purchasing an engine and having it shipped directly to them. They have agreed to this. They do very nice work. The name is "Bro's" and their website link is www.brosmfg.com the guy to talk to there is Buck @ 231-578-6079. Maybe between the 3 of us we can come up with a solution to get them the dimensions for a "B" frame. Here is a picture of the frame they built for me.
Good Luck, Thanks and let me know what you decide to do...
