Take your pick of frame & custom builders.

Paughco offers all of that as far as I know.
Also, any local or custom builder shop will do all of that if you come to them prepared.


You need a solid plan, something to stick with.
Any custom shop will go where ever your little heart desire so long as you pay for it. Reduce costs with them by having a good, non-whimsical plan.

Depends on what motor and the overall style your after I've used Paughco frame extensively over the years with good results and they are US made I've been to the factory . Most custom frames are made state side .

Never liked paughco, something was always "off" and had one crack. We just built a Fatboy for a friend. His frame was bent in an accident but the Harley "certified" techs failed to see it.. We went with a Kraft Tech. Made in USA as it should be. I can tell ya this frame is badass.. We used the 1 3/8 oversized tube frame and got stock rake and trail.. EVERYTHING bolted right up. I was amazed.. Not 1 issue. The Number plate is already welded in place and we had zero prep to send it to powder coat.. Next build will be with a Kraft Tech Frame. Unless I get a good unmolested HD frame..

I have a Kraft Tech softail frame and this sucker is stout. Everything so far has bolted right up with no modifications needed.

my buddy has an 04 Texas Chopper. It has a lot of miles on it. About a year or so ago it was discovered to have a crack in the frame at one of the welds just below the seat. I encouraged him to contact Daytec, the maker of the frame. With the help of his favorite AIH dealer they were in direct contact with Phil Day. Without any hesitation he agreed to fix the whole thing FOR FREE. They stripped the frame, checked and rewelded everything, and re-powdercoated the frame and swing arm. ALL FOR FREE. My buddy only paid for shipping. Thats the kind of customer support that win customers for life.

I had a few bikes with custom frames. I liked the Santee frames the best. the stock swingarm is really nice. I also liked the 180 chopper. They handle really well and everything Harley bolts right up..
