Primary chain and compensating sprocket help

Default Primary chain and compensating sprocket help
So I have a 88b twin cam 2001 with 50000 on this compensating sprocket. It has little chamfers out side teeth. Is this sprocket bad is there a milage limit on these parts? what about the chain a measurement or way to tell if its wore good or bad? And one more part the cover that has two flat springs or they suppose to spin or be tight which is normal.

I've used worse. With no problems. As long as chain can be adjusted to spec then IMO it's good. But I'm not a perfectionist

Default spring pack
I have to spring packs one springs slide around other are tight dont spin which one is better to run?
