Had my bike on the dyno this past weekend and I am not happy with the outcome. The bike made 120.1 HP and 125.6 ft lbs. I was expecting more with my current set up. This is what I am currently running.

120 c.i.

11.8 to 1 Compression Ratio ( SE 12.1 Pop up Pistons)

62mm throttle body and intake manifold and breather.

Hurricane Heads

S&S .640 easy start cams
4.89 gram injectors

Rhinehart Crossbacks ( still waiting on my RB Racing Pro Stock)

Zippers Chain Conversion Kit

Not sure why my numbers were so low. The 120R before me made 128/131. Any input is appreciated.

My 575 cams surpassed their (4.35 injectors) duty cycle. I'd think your cams would require much more and your tuner would have told you your injectors are too small. Also pushing the limits of pump gas (octane).

What tuner are you using? PV? TTS? What year ECM?

He never did mention it. I'm using a Screaming Eagle Race Tuner. I agree I'm on the limits of pump gas. ECM is a 2007.

Those Crossbacks are costing you around 10-15 hp/tq, but I'm sure you're well aware of that.

Big peak numbers are one thing, but what did the torque curve and AFR graph look like?

I agree something is wrong.
We just sent a carbed 117" to the Cleveland area.
45 Mik/DTT ignition/Wood 9F's/Bassani 2 into 1/our heads.........134/136 sae.

Definitly low. Those numbers are sure to go up w/ that badass RB pipe when you dump those crossbacks.

I would also get bigger injectors. At least 5.3's from HD.
