So I am having HD replace my Rocker Covers on a 2015 Street Glide. My question is this. There is a roughly 1" trim piece directly below it (above the fins). Is that piece replaceable? I would like to change it to Black instead of Chrome. Is there a name for it? Pics below for reference.
