Default Engine build options

So I want to build my motor up over the winter this year but having a hard time with which direction to go. I would like in the teens for HP and TQ or more. Got a quote for a 100ci motor but i can't find any history of one anywhere so have nothing to compare this too. Current setup is a stage 2 Screaming Eagle 95 kit. Thought also about maybe some good head work and a nice cam. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The reason there is no 100" build history is because until the recent introduction of the new 4" cylinders to bolt in to later 96" motor to increase displacement to 110", 98" was as big as possible from 88" without removing the lower unit to bore the cases for larger cylinder spigots. The quote on the 110" motor must be based on using the new 4" bolt in cylinders for the new 110" kits; good idea but would inquire what pistons are being used. Get the quote in writing and post it for comment.

There are two forum sponsors, Scott/Hillside and Kirby/VeeTwin that offer 98" kits, cylinder boring, head work, etc. that you might want to talk to about your build plan. You can achieve your goals of 100 plus TQ/HP with a solid build plan; 98" or 100". If those Pro Streets are the original 2:2 Pro Streets (no longer made), keep them; good pipes.

I am trying to get another copy of the quote as I deleted it from my email on accident. Soon as I get another copy will post. Yes the pro streets are original and for a 2-2 that is what I keep hearing.

98" street-scourchers to 98" road-tractors.
Heads, compression, cams, intake and exhaust will dictate either.

I remember a few years ago S&S Cycle offered a 4" piston / cylinder combo for a 100" TC88. It involved spitting the cases and boring for bigger pistons.

124" Hot Set Up Kit will be the least expensive option.

Like I said in my previous; before the introduction of the new 4" drop in cylinders; 98" is as big as you can go from88" without case boring. If the OP has to split the cases, many options are available. The depth of his pockets are the limiting factor.

Actually Axtell offered those back in 2000.
Ron Dickey gave us one of the first sets to test with, and in turn, I gave them to the client.
They did, however, require case boring as the spigot wall thickness was such to maintain plenty of integrity.
That 100" Dyna is still alive and well over in the Syracuse, NY area.
With a 45 Mikuni, Wood 9B cams, and Supertrapp pipe it hovered at 116-117 hp and torque.
