Default Boring questions

Im looking to get advice on which direction to go. Either bore out stock jugs to 95' with 10.5 to 1 Pistons. or put stock size in with 10.5 to 1 Pistons. Then later to head work. I have 2007 sportster with N8 cams, stock intake, screaming eagle mufflers with no baffles. And thunder max programmer. I'm looking to make mid to high power. I'm on budget. Would love 2 do it all at once.Any advice would be great

You can't go 95 inch on your sportster by boring the jugs as your bike is only a 883 or 1200 (74 inch)
