Your exhaust is NOT the problem, have used and or tuned that exhaust combo many times and it is on my top 2 or 3 favorite combos. I feel you are right in line with what I would expect from that setup with no head work. I have used the CR 575 in 3 CVO bikes and felt it did well, but really no better than what you have now. If you are basing your performance solely on those dyno numbers then you need to stop, ride the bike and then evaluate how you feel about it. Do you have cam specs?

9:8 Compression 101
2400/6000 RPM
20 / 42 578 Lift 243 Dur at .050
44 / 18 568 Lift 243 Dur at .050
101 Centerline
104 Centerline

This is all I know of the cam I copied from a page? I think from what I am seeing after alot of research at this point and feedback from you guys is these are about the numbers I should be at. Guess I expected the torque curve to stay on a little longer..?

Your 9.8 compression is light. Over 10:1 would make a difference

I don't see where you get 9.8 on the comp. Stock is 9.2 and there is no mention of pistons, .030 head gasket or even a reduction in combustion chamber size so you couple that with the 42* closing of the intake it puts you at about 8.3:1 dynamic with a ccp od 167 psi. Looking at your dyno sheet it's perform exactly as it should 2500-5500 range with a lsa of 102* it's not a killer cam but more in the category of a woods 6. I'm sure if you brought the static comp up to 10.2 it would translate to about 9.25: dynamic and a ccp of 191 psi which would be totally streetable.
Unless you want to do pistons and heads I would leave it alone and enjoy the power you have. It really is a very reliable and powerful ride......

Just curious, what are you looking for and where will you be using the increases?
Had a guy ride with me a while back, 110 SE and told me all the stuff he had done. We rolled out, he stayed with us, a few hills, twisties, and straights. After 120 miles we pulled over and he said I rode too fast.
I was riding normal, 75-80 - never busted 95 (I don't think), I'm riding a fairly stock 96 and he was the one with all the GO.

Ya unfortunately I to have seen this. Sad to say but the group I ride with are idiots and I love it. We are all known to flex a little to often and have had a few guys ride with us that have decided not to again.

42 intake close is late for a bolt in on a 110, get that compression up and that will be a different bike.

Seems to be right inline with the Kuryakyn TC-24 D and the GMR 577. All 3 cams look to be pretty damn similar. Have to agree with you tho after talking with the guy that has made this cam he is saying it would like more compression to optimize the results.

I don't disagree that the dyno numbers and the curve are acceptable. However, if you are not satisfied but want to keep the cam, have the heads ported, deck the heads for a 90cc chamber, install a .030" head gasket and re-tune. Without head work, don't expect much more from your current configuration. How much more do you want anyway?
