Not directly. They had a frame change in 2009 for the touring bikes and it affected the mounts so they're different between those motors.
There is no difference in the engine, it'll bolt unto any 07 and later touring. The only engine that wouldn't be a direct bolt in is the Twin Cooled engines, they'd need the heads changed.
