I would like to get someinput on a build. Im fairly new to all of this, so any suggestions would beappreciated! I want to do things right and make sure I am putting in the rightcomponents to work together performance-wise, and keep the bike dependable. Isthere anything else anyone would recommend? My clutch was slipping on the lastdyno run, so Im open to suggestions there as well. Are bigger injectorsnecessary with this build? Thank you!
Bike is a 2013 Road King CVO.The Fullsac headers and Crusher exhaust are already installed.
- 117 bolt-on kit - SE 58mm Throttle body - T-man 600 cams - 0.030 Cometic head gasket - Fullsac DX headers - Kuryakyn Crusher exhaust - Stock 110 heads
Thanks for the feedback. My other thought was to throw in either T-man 600's, or GMR 577's with the 0.030 head gasket and clutch. Then, just be done with it. But I'm starting to learn I am a HP chaser and never satisfied
AV&V 600 springs, Timken conversion, either S&S crank or send yours out to many of the aftermarket crank specialist.
Steve @ Fullsac just did a Dyno for a gentlemen with pretty much the same set up. Results: 117HP - 126TQ SAE. 100 TQ at 2300 rpms
Another set (not done @ Fullsac) up using GMR 577 Genesis cams with pretty much the same set up resulted pretty damn close at 116HP - 126TQ. Torque was a little less at 2300 rpm
Both set ups were with NO head work.
The BEST NUMBERS so far from the HD kit was done by Steve @ GMR, GMR 600 cams, S&S Crank, HPI TB, S&S Stage 3 oil pump/camplate, P/P 110" heads by GMR. Results 137HP - 138TQ. SAE numbers.
WARNING: just make sure that the 117" jugs are not out of round!!! Whoever is doing the work, get them to measure via Torque plates as there have been some problems and The MoCo is aware of this! (Can you say Beta tester)
Good luck!

Very, very impressive Scott!
What I posted was regarding the HD 117" kits.
One thing that I have learned, there is ALWAYS someone with bigger & better results! (And I'm not talking Body parts. Lol)
