One thing is having the push rod tubes and lifter blocks powdered wrinkle black.
My builder is not liking this as he says there's a possibility they will leak because of the O-rings not sealing due to the powder.

No experience but I agree with your builder's comments; makes sense and would listen to him. If you want black pushrod covers, you can buy them. If I was the builder and you did not heed those comments, I would disclaim any responsibility for leaks or any other issues that might result from the powder coating.........
I'm running the SE adjustable PR w/black tubes.... I think they are PC gloss black from SE but I may be wrong. Anyways they are not masked off & look damn good IMO.
