Hey guys just got my hands on a 2013 street glide. Changing cams out to some 2nd hand woods tw222 that I picked up and I've read that some suggest changing lifters. Not trying to break the bank with $300 woods but the standard s&s ones look reasonable.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Definitely change the lifters. 13's had -C lifters made in mexaco and subject to failure. S&S standard are good lifters and should serve you well.
When I did my 103 build I went with the Woods lifters. They were super noisy and then I switched to the S&S ones. I already had the S&S roller rockers, so I thought why not try their lifters. Much quieter than the Woods. So, go with them. I asked the same question on here several years ago and another product with positive comments were the Gaterman lifters.
