Default oil leak again

Got an oil leak on the wife,s 2011 fatboy . The oil is showing up at the base of the rear cylinder where it meets the block and it,s at the back towards the trans. I took the jug off this winter and replaced both the O-rings , the big one and the small dowel pin O-ring also .I cleaned out the grooves and lubed the new O-rings and used factory parts . The bike has been driven this spring and I have had to wash oil off this area 3 times so I am sure it,s leaking again . Is there anything else that would cause this leak ? Do these 96 cube motors ever leak at the crankcase split ? Is there any point tearing it all apart again to replace the O-rings again?

I don't own a tc but aren't there gasket sets like cometic that do not use the o-ring at the base gasket? Because of all the problems. That's what I believe I've heard...

Evo's are bad about the paper base gasket tearing when the cylinder moves at very cold startup before the cylinders grow. Once it tears the paper it will weep forever. I like to use the Genuine James silicone bead base gaskets to solve that problem

TC's however only have the cylinder and Oil return O-Rings and I have never known them to fail unless they were nicked during assembly. looking at the picture I attached, oil will wick from the front or side to the back just riding. As for the cases, they should have been siliconed at assembly and should not start leaking. Ther is usually some residual oil from sliding the cylinder on that will wick out for a few days. If that is not the case,

Degrease the oil from the black and watch for the source of oil. Check the Oil return hose to barb connection, barb to block connection, and all of the pushrod tubes and lifter blocks.
