friend of mine just did a 107 build from Kirby(prodrag), his heads, s&s 585's, hpi 55mm tb with stock injectors and a v&h propipe, tuned by Dan Thayor, made 125hp and 117 ftlbs of torque

These are the types of builds that are making me wonder why my hp numbers came back so low. If I was to throw on a propipe I don't see myself gaining 20 hp
The most obvious issue nobody mentioned yet is the model bike
Breakouts dyno very poorly on peak hp numbers. The weight of that wheel along with a counterbalanced motor is a power robber.
U can't have it all... Fat wheel, heavier softail, swoopy non performance pipe and basically a whole model image revolving around appearance and then want killer Dyno numbers too. Not how it goes sometimes. Sorry
I guess it never ends when chasing dyno numbers. At first I was a little bummed that I spent a **** ton of money and only gained about 14 hp from where I was with just cams. I see all these post from people making 100 plus hp out of 103's without spending half the money I dropped on my build so my knee jerk reaction was to be disappointed that my hp numbers was so low on a 107 build with numerous other upgrades. I have decided I'm not gonna change pipes just to chase dyno numbers tho . It's just a street bike tho I do think I'm gonna take it to the track a few times this summer.

Dave is right about Breakout tunes; however, your numbers are low for the build. I have seen 103" stage kits heads, cams, larger T/B make better numbers; not mucj but all over 100HP. Most made decent numbers but had rideability issues that were solved, along with better numbers by pulling the SE cams, dropping in a set of S&S 585s and retune. Numbers didn't change much but rideability issues were resolved. None of this is relevant to your situation, just wanted to add to what Dave has pointed out; a counter balanced motor with a big *** rear tire on the drum does make a difference in the shape of the curve and peak numbers.
Having said that, you underestimate the difference the right pipe can make on a motor. See the below before/after; only change was pulling the V&H Big Shot duals and replacing them with a Drago 2.55 2:1 pipe. Same day, same dyno, etc.; 23HP gain is not too shabby. Not saying replacing your exhaust with a Propipe will result in a 20HP gain, but the right exhaust can make a huge difference..........
Nice pipe swap example by djl.
To the OP, your tq numbers are very good and if your tq peaks at 4-4.5 rpm then I would assume the hp at that rpm is also strong which is the main thing. The hp probably starts to flatten out after 5k and I doubt you and most of us ride there very often. A dyno sheet would help but maybe for street riding the nice tq is the main thing.
You got less HP than expected but more Torque than expected. Do you like how the bike runs? Let that be whats important instead of the numbers. I would take a few more lbs of torque over a few hp. But thats how I like it. To repeat for the 3rd time. Your pipes are not the best. Want something cheap to try? A dyno tuner on another site has said he gets as much power out of Rush slip on's on Softails as anything. If you still have the stock exhaust find a set of used Rush slipon's for a couple of hundred bucks and try it. Not much to lose
