Once again I call upon those with way more knowledge than I to answer a question. I have a 2014 breakout . I had installed a tman performance 107 kit with his pro touring elite heads and 577 cams. I also upon tmans suggestion put on an hpi 55mm throttle body with hpi 5.3 injectors. S&S premium lifters and s&s roller rockers. After doing a lot of research on the Web I was disappointed when I got my bike back from the tuner and saw my dyno sheet . The torque was actually higher than I expected from those cams at 125 ft lbs but my hp topped out at 103. I was expecting my numbers to be more around 115/115. I am running v&h big radius duels for pipes and know that they may not be the greatest for power numbers but I can't help but think that with that type of build I should be pulling at least 110 hp all day long . The only thing I can think of is that my bike was tuned with a power commander piggyback ed with my screaming eagle tuner and the removed my o2 sensors and went with the bugs that came with the pc. The guy doing the tuning is well respected in the area and knows his ****. The bike runs well and I'm very happy with torque numbers it just seems to me I should be putting out more hp. My whole reason for the build was I wanted more top end so to see 104 hp was a big disappointment. Was I expecting to much out of this build or does something seem amiss to you guys as well ?
You have a little better cam, the larger fuel delivery, and the headwork to get another 8 hp and 22 tq. Just for the headwork I would think another 7-8% and with lifters, rollers, and fuel delivery I would think to get around 11-13% gains total. Should put you around 108 hp and 117 tq. I think you are close. Dyno sheet would help but if you really want to get to 115 you may need to do the drive belt pulley swap.
U didn't need rioller rockers The pipes are hurting you but I would sooner tune with SE tuner instead before anything else. 2-1 pipe would show more as well.

The rollers were not part of the original plans but I had a little left over in the budget and they were recommended by tman should I want to go with a higher lift cam in the future. I added the the larger injectors and throttle body to help with the the 50 hp shot of nitrous I'm running thru a dyno tune nitrous kit . I can't seem to pull the trigger on a 2-1 piile. I like my big radius
