Help me!!

I recently took apart my 09 Nightster, Ive been riding it and now its knocking and making some unfamiliar noises. I think its because I'm missing two bolts. Here is what they look like. One has oil on it so I know it is an internal bolt. I just can't remember where. Ive checked my service manual and Im still stuck. Please help me out!! Thank you. -Nick

Internal bolts don't have lacking nuts and allen head bolts. Check your exhaust bracket area or anywhere the exhaust is bolted on.
