I have the mr103s in my breakout. Runs about as good as a stage 2 can run. I'm sure others will chime in with other cams you haven't asked about but I hope this helps a little.

How do those cams perform at low end?
Also I assume that them being a bolt in cam that stock pushrods and springs will work with the .585 lift

I have 0 issues with the low end power. I have been 2 up plenty of times up into the mountains and everywhere else. The way I ride it suits me fine. I tend to keep the rpms over 2500 , meaning I d rather downshift to keep from lugging the bike anyway. My bike is a 2013 and yes the heads and springs are stock. I used s and s lifters and adjustable pushrods.
