whats the oil pressure at? .509`s shouldn't be noisy at all

32 but once warm and just at an idle its way low. I hear the noise the most when I am riding and the rpms are between 3000 and 3500.

I second looking at the pushrods again.
They're adjustable and could have partially collapsed. That would definitely cause extra noise. Also, 1 or more of the lifters could partially have collapsed which would cause a similar condition.
I installed an S&S 510G gear driven cam set with S&S adjustabke pushrods in my 05 Softail last Christmass.
It ran great for a few months and then I had an awful valve noise from the rear cylinder rocker box. I showed a video to others, and they said the cylinder was dead. The intake valve wasn't opening because the adjustable rod there had loosened up and could not longer push it open. Speaking with S&S tech support, they straightened me out on which end the jam nut is suppose to be tightened. I redid all the rods and things were fine after that. You'll have to do the S&S bleedown and turn-the-flats procedure, but you get good at it.
