Cam swap Blunder?

The diagram above is from andrews. The ".055 spacer" is indicated in the upper right corner. Two things, 1- could this be an integral "flange" built into the cam? The original design seems to be like this and didn't use any type of spacer. 2- the washer provided by andrews wouldn't fit on the onboard side of the bearing.

Not sure where it's different from the parts diagram.. They my not use the O ring under the spacer tho. Picture shows the inner bearing race, inner spacer, and cam gear. The gear is part of the cam BTW. ADD: Out of a stock 02 RK

Yes. It seems as though what they refer to is what's pictured. I researched as much as possible, felt confident and closed her up. Love the cams btw. Thanks to everyone who weighed in. The information is much appreciated!
