Which Fuel Pak? FP3 or earlier? Changing pipes will not generate that kind of smoke, even with some anti-sieze exposed on the sensor threads. Something is off with the FP settings; time to start over. Pull the plugs and post a picture.
O2's appear to be good, I did watch the Fuel pak sensors on both O2's and they looked to be right there together. Can't get in at Harley for another 2 weeks and he looked at it outside and said he could smell where it was running hot or rich.
Did you run the Feulpack before the pipe change or were both installed at the same time? IDK with the FP but is there a way to restore the original tune?

No I did the FP and headers at same time. Since then I've put stock manifold back on along with stock setup and removed FP.
I know plugs look like crap and not planning on keep same plugs.

Front plug is lean with signs of detonation, rear is oil fouled...
Predicting the top end will be coming apart soon...

Pipes, Tuner and service all at the same time, if I understand the first post
Did problem start immediately after first start up?
Have you checked the oil for signs of fuel dilution? Has the oil level gone up since the change?
Is it possible the new tune caused the rear injector to over fuel and wash out the rear cylinder? Washed out cylinder allowing fuel to go past rings and enter crankcase, raised oil level causes breather to puke more than normal. Cycle keeps repeating on and on.
It's only a 2016, how many miles on it? How many did you put on it after it started smoking? I agree the top end, at least the rear, may have to be pulled apart but the root cause needs to be addressed.
