Default 2004 electra glide build question mostly cam related

For starters I have a 2004 electra glide with 47k miles.
Looking to give here and upgrade.
The plan so far the plan is up the 88 to 95ish cI
A changed cam, upgrade to hydraulic cam tensioners.

So far have some parts from a ex buddy that like to keep his bike a work in progress. Have 2 different andrews cams the 26n and the 48n,both with less then 2 k on them and stock heads off a 2007 electra glide.
I plan on having head work done and then buy big bore cylinders/pistons not sure what compressoo which brings me to the main question.
Since I have 2 sets of cams and I am cheap ,I have the rpm range and the compression likes for the 26n but can't info on the 48n in regards to it rpm range and compression it likes.

Right now ride mostly 2 up with the bike running heavy .

Since I am gonna run either of these 2 since free which would be a better choice since using the newer heads.

Either of those cams will work well.
I'd bore to 98", and just a Stage I Head.

I have the 48n's in my 88 with hydraulic conversion. They are good cams with a strong low/mid range. Works good with my stock compression, would probably work better with a slight boost and headwork.

They are really strong in my 96. 96 has slightly higher compression (9.2 vs. 9.0) and better heads.

We just put the 48's in a customers 96" with no headwork, an HPI air cleaner and cobra 2-1 exhaust. It dynoed at 81hp and 101tq with our direct link tune. The power comes on early and stays late. With headwork and a slight compression bump they will work great for you, especially since you ride two-up like you mentioned...I'll post the sheet when I find it.
