Default internal cleaning question

I stumbled on to the topic of external crankcase breathers the other day, and found myself at DK customs as well. I was startled at some of the horror pics of crusty piston tops and crud caked valves.
Needless to say I am externally vented now.

my question is what is an effective method of making sure my internals are cleaned up?
My bike never sits, it is a 2016 FLHR I've had her 18 months and have racked up 44k miles.

so I am aware of "misting" seafoam into the intake while running, I currently give a couple shots of berryman's B12 at my air filter maintenance interval (10k)

I am at a loss with the marvel ??

Marvel Mystery Oil is just that. Best carbon cleaner I've ever used.... Period..... Been using it since the 80's. Air cleaner off 1500 rpm., lite stream into throttle body, will start to run a little rough and smoke, do that for about 30 seconds then a little heavier for a few seconds. Will sound like it's going to stall... Shut off engine and let sit for 30-45 minutes. Restart motor and let idle, will take a little to get back to a normal idle. Continue to let idle till most smoke clears then take it for a ride it will all clear out out... I have never seen this harm the cats.... Every other tank give it 2 oz for maintenance...
