Tommy,

Do yourself a favor. Keep this argument between you and Scott.

Scott is one of the most respected engine builders you will find. And getting into an argument on open forums is not the way to handle it.

message erased per your request. And yes you can say anything you want.

I was offering some advice. Less bridges burnt might get you more help when you need it next time.

Those are our Stage I Heads(they do not go on the flow bench, nor do the guides come out, as per our web site) which you requested, along with our 107" Big Bore kit with new Wiseco Armor Coated pistons with 3mm oil rings. Gaskets, and t/body manifold porting.
Release's..........one of my employee's jumped the gun, on that installation, as the original build was going to be a 107", with a Wood 6.....'member?
The .570 S&S cam was introduced after we had our paperwork prepped, and yes, prior to your parts arriving.
My fault, if there is fault, as not to changing the paperwork, deleting the releases.
We machined and installed the releases, into the heads, at no charge whatsoever, only a plus for you, later, if you decide, to change your mind on the cams.
We could have bored the OE t/body to 50mm, which is all that is really needed, but we needed to stay within the budget constraints, as per our phone conversation, to include free return shipping upon pre pay.
Keep in mind, that the cylinder head intake port ID is 1.710", which is the match to the port ID of the manifold.
4.3 gps injectors should do it, but IF your dyno tuner suspects it neededing more fuel, simply change them at that point.

As a customer, and just having my 124 done I can appreciate what an independent shop goes through. I was getting a little impatient. Towards the end of the build I spent a few hrs a couple times At the shop. If it was easy everyone would do it. My hats off , and max I completely agree. Those couple days gave me a different perspective.

"Otto Knowbetter sez", the T/body port work was not $150.00,($85.00) which is listed on the bill.
The receipt was sent USPS to your friend's address, that paid for your job.
I'll be ready for phone calls after 8:00 am.
IMHO, this has taken a hard left hand turn, and we are headed down a bumpy road........good drama for the onlookers, nonetheless.........

And that's why we keep coming back. Everyone loves a good train wreck, as long as they're just watching from a distance.
