Jug = Cylinder, Spigot = The part of the cylinder that extends down into the case. On the 110" cylinders the spigots are super thin....

The new 110 jugs have special steel iiners so they can make the spigots (part that slides into the case) thinner there for allowing you to bore larger then 107"

The 110 drop in kits have had pretty good reliability from what I've heard.

The use of steel in the sleeves allows the thinner spigot without loss of strength. Materials matter.

Default 96 cube to 110 cube kit?

Good morning All,

I will ask the dealers but does know if there is a standard kit to go from 96 cube to 110 cube on a 2011 Fat BoyLo FLSTFB?

I know you can go 103 to 107 so shouldn't be too much of a hassle I hope?

Keep up the great and useful comments.

Cheers

Col

Our HMM1070 Wiseco # kits, boring the OEM cylinder are still only $650.00 with all Cometic gaskets for a cam install, and top-end rebuild.
We were one of the very first shops in the country to start boring to the 3.937" dimension, back in 2006(98" then).
To this date, we have over, 650, 98", and 107" in service.
