I have a 2014 Street Bob (103) with 50,000 miles. I took off the cam chest cover today to inspect the tensioner shoes. Judging by the lack of wear on the outer shoe, do you guys think I have anything to worry about with the inner one? You cant really get a mirror in there like with the spring style cam plate. I have absolutely no desire to tear further into it if I don't have to.
My cam shoes looked same as yours at 13,000 miles, I say they are good for another 50,000 miles not to worry about it. I have seen much worse.
By the way what oil are you using....?
