Default Shovelhead side-oiler to end-oiler conversion

Hey guys,

Got a '72 Shovelhead laying around. Has been converted from side-oiler to end-oiler by PO. Currently using a chrome cam-cover stamped with 25214-82. Now looking to change out the cover because of corrosion on the cover and what looks to be worn bushings.

So from what I understand, I should be able to use a 73-92 cover after drilling a new oil-feed hole in the cover? Any other modifications needed?

I've added some pics of my current cover and engine-case.

Maybe easier to get existing cover re-chromed and bushing replaced?

Thought about that. But then I have to buy the bushings, get them line-reamed, re-chromed and everything. Seems like it would take a lot more work and money to it, instead of buying a nice cover with good bushings.
