Not much different from what 98hotrodfatboy posted but I don't think reducing chamber volume is necessary. Mock up the top end and check deck height; I suspect it will not be 0.00" and the pistons will be down in the bore .005"-.007" which is why S&S posts 10.1:1 as static CR. I am betting that the OP can set deck at 0.00", replace the .045" head gasket with a .030" gasket and CCP will pump about 195-197psi; good enough for the 585 cams.
Moot points but perhaps the OP could exchange for different S&S parts, i.e., exchange the 107" kit or pistons/cylinders for the 4" kit for 110"; picking up 3" at no additional cost is worth consideration IMHO.
If the T/B is cable operated, consider having the OEM 46mm T/B bored to 50mm. Dan Vance offers this service and I think Scott/Hillside does as well. If the OP had gone the bore OEM to 107" route in lieu of the kit, the money saved would have paid for the throttle boring.
