Default Which Upgrade Kit -- Opinions, please

I've decided to upgrade the cylinders on my '06 FLSTCI with 35,000 miles on it, and am in the process of deciding between three different bolt-on upgrade kits:

1. Harley's 95" kit, p/n 29774-02B (about $500 from Zanotti)

2. S&S 97" kit DS p/n 0931-0256 (about $700)

3. Revolution Performance 98" kit DS p/n 201-103W (about $900)

These kits include cylinders, pistons and gaskets only, no cams. There is a considerable price spread, and I'm wondering whether there is an equal value spread and if so, why.

I'm not planning to ever do any headwork, and I'm keeping the Headquarters 0034 Hurricane cam and D&D Fatcat I'm presently running. Just looking for more midrange torque and grunt for highway cruising in the mid-rpm ranges. My 88 cu. in. engine is currently dynoed at 87hp and 88ft lbs.

Again, I'm just looking for info on the three upgrade kits I mentioned. I posted here rather than in the Engine section as this area gets the most traffic. Thanks in advance.

None of the above. All of those kits are overpriced. And personally, I'd stay away from Revolution.

Check out either GMR Performance or Hillside Cycles. Both have 95" kits, and I know that GMR has a 98 inch kit, Hillside probably does too. They bore cylinders to match the pistons in the kit. And GMR has a cylinder exchange program.

I'd link their sites, but I'd probably get a slap on the wrist as I don't think either are advertisers here.
