2014 CVO Ultra Limited Overheating
My check engine light and temperature lights are coming on in only 3-5 miles and the cooling fan isn't kicking on either even on longer rides now. I had this same problem almost a year ago to the day and HD service told me it was just low coolant (even though it never showed below cold line).

assuming you checked the coolant and its good.. a bad water pump on a '14 bike is a rare occassion..
that fan should be coming on considering it takes my cvo 110 about the same time , roughly 4-7 minutes to reach op temp (3-5miles) so im leaning towards an electrical issue with the fan..
assuming you checked the obvious, fuses.. did you check the relay?
what i would do?..
first i would check fuse and relay.. then i would bypass and power the fan to see if that eliminates the problem of overheating?
pull the fans harness and power it directly from the battery ( jumper wires) and see if that solves the overheat issue..
