Default Shovelhead help

I bought a shovelhead and was told it's a 93in. Tore the top end down and it Has a 4in stroke and 3 5/8 bore with 5.530 long cylinders . Pistons and cylinders are toast and have to be Replaced. What combination can I go back with using the 4in stroke

Sure it is not a 3 31/32" stroke? (74"stroke)
The cylinders can be bored.

I'm sorry yes 3 31/32 stroke x 3.625 bore It just looked funny with the piston deck way down in the cylinder. Like .600 from top of fire ring. One cylinder is busted . Would it be better to have 5.330 cylinder length to get the compression up instead of 5.530 length?

The lack of compression in that combination negates all goodness of the larger bore.
IF in need of a crank whatsoever, now would be the time as long as the broken fin(s?) would not be an eyesore.

Would there be any issues using the stock 74 cylinders since the cases and heads have been cut for the big bore cylinders ?

We do not subscribe to that, but know of folks that have done it w/o issues.
