2018 Breakout stage 2 problem

I road a 2018 Breakout for 6000 miles this year until I was hit and the bike was written off. It had a dealer fitted stage 1 and I loved it. I've bought another 2018 Breakout but had a stage 2 kit fitted from new. I've sent the bike back twice and the dealer has re mapped it because it was running terrible. They've now run it with the auto tune setting on the FP3 but I'm still not happy. Each time I complain they've said it's my riding environment that doesn't suit the stage 2. The main issue is that I'm constantly on and off the clutch at low speed due to the engine surging and juddering. My first breakout was smooth as silk. Surely this isn't normal for a stage 2?
