Loud ticking from front 03 dyna

Default Loud ticking from front 03 dyna
So I have a 03 dyna it started to tick from the front top so I checked the lifters they were good. I found the camp late was broken at the crank and the bushing was split. I eneded up buy a fueling cam kit changed it all. Fired it up still ticking. Anyone have any ideas also the front head the exhaust valve is rusty red on the piston side and the Intake is black

Could be rocker shafts rotating back & forth & tapping against the support bolts.... very common.

I thought that but the pins arnt moving I dont think I had to use a hammer and punch to get them out they have no play
