Default pushrod gof

I was installing the adjustable push rods back after a cam swap. I got the intake all tightened and adjusted, starting putting in the next one and noticed the o ring was missing. It had been adjusted for ten minutes. So i took it out. Does anyone know if I can reinstall it or do I have to wait since I had already did the turns and it bled down.

Adjust it again and don't turn the engine over until it spins with you fingers.

Just take it out again and start over.

If it was adjusted properly, and the lifter bled down, take it out, install the o-ring and install it as if it is a solid pushrod - no adjustment necessary. Because the motor was not started, you will notice it will spin right away because the lifter did not pump up.
