Default S&S 100" Upgrade

Today I started shopping, and I probably should't have....

Last year I picked up a very nice 2000 Electra Glide, TC88 with PCII, Stage 1 air cleaner, Neighbor Hater slip-ons - otherwise stock engine with 35k miles. MM EFI still works great too.

I'd like to get the Glide to perform close to my 09 Heritage that has the HD 103 conversion.

What can I expect out of the S&S 100" conversion, or something else.... I'm very open minded.

I live in Vegas, and use the Heritage around town, and the Glide for the longer trips - so, I'm looking for the zero to 80 mph performance, if there is such a thing.

Personally, I'd just bore your jugs to 3.937 which would get you to 98" Which will save you money vs the 100" kit. All you're going to gain with that 2" is 2HP and 2TQ.

Get some decent heads, a good cam to match, a good header, a TTS or PowerVision tuner, and get a good tune and be on your way.

BTW OP, I'm in LV too. If you find a local tuner, I'd be curious to hear about it. I feel like if I ever do any work on my 2015, I will be travelling for a good tune.

Your cylinders bored using our 98" Big Bore kit with a complete Cometic top end gasket set is only $650.00.
Our Stage I Heads, and an Andrews 26 cam, at 9.65 compression, would do exactly what you are looking for.

Is the MM EFI on this bike adequate for your suggestion? Larger injectors required or will proper fuel maps do the trick without modification to the EFI system?

I've used them for an Indy mechanic and they do pretty solid work. I don't know about how they do dyno tuning. Tried to do some searching around the internet and really not a lot comes up for that aspect of their work. That being said, I feel like they'd be okay, but man, finding a good tuner is such a crap shoot.

Their Facebook reviews seem decent. I'm pretty sure they were at the Speedway not too long ago. I had a shop there too, and they seemed to be pretty busy. That's always a good sign.

The Marrelli will do it, especially if tuned with Direct Link.

The 98 is undoubtedly the best value, there is just something about the 4x4 idea that appeals to me.
