Default 110 pistons SE or Wiseco

Hi, I am building a 2016 FXDLS. I am installing a set of HQ 575 cams, i need to get the compression up. I am looking for advice on piston selection. So far i am considering the Wiseco K1757 or SE 22502-07B. I am leaving the heads stock for now due to build deadline.I am getting the bike ready for EDR and it is a complete salvage rebuild.
I am fairly new to twincam internals, we had great luck with Wiseco pistons in our LS roadrace engines and I can buy them for $100 less than the SE. My main concerns are, which piston is closest to factory weight? Does one dome match the stock combustion chamber profile better than another?
Thanks for any help, Dale

I've also had great luck with Wiseco pistons.

I wouldn't worry so much about the weight either. Close enough only counts with horseshoes and hand grenades.
