I looking for 4 replacement lock/jam nuts for for Harley's Screamin Eagle Premium Tapered Quick Install Adjustable Pushrods, part # 18404-08. Harley does not sell them separately. I picked them up at a swap meet without the lock/jam nuts for a great price.

Does Comp Cams makes the Harley's Screamin Eagle Premium Tapered Quick Install Adjustable Pushrods?
I don't know who makes what. What I do know having both SE and comp PR's is this. The both look exactly the same. Both have 3/8-24 for thread including the jam nut. A regular hardware store 3/8's nut has 9/16 wrenching flats. You need a 1/2 wrenching flat in order not to rub covers.

Maybe they have different models, but I actually measured mine and they are 5/16-24. The nuts are 1/2" flats.

I dont know if the 9/16 flats would rub
as long as you weren't about .575 lift they'd probably be ok
The SE Quick Install Tapered (PN 18404-08) referenced in the OP have 5/16" x 24tpi jam nuts. When introduced a few years back, there were issues with poor quality jamb nuts that would hairline crack when tightened and loosen after a few miles. The MoCo seems to have solved the problem and I still run them in one of my bikes which make 110HP/124TQ; no issues since installation about 25K miles ago.
