Default Decode engine numbers

Hello. I bought HD and I'm not sure what the actual year of engine production is. In the documents it is Evo but colleagues say that only heads and cylinders and the bottom is Shovelhead. The numbers are on the left under the second cylinder: 0510013450. I can also send photos. Thank you for your answer.

Without looking at an actual picture of the engine, the only year that I can come up with that combination would be from a late 1983 to early 1984 model when the MoCo was transitioning over to the EVO line-up.

Engine is an EVO ( top & bottom)
Early 5 speed trans with the release arm instead of the later cable
Frame looks like FXR / Front end converted to wide glide
Whether it was born with chain drive, I cannot say

Sorry I was informed the numbers are on the left front side of the engine 0510013450. Thank you very much for your answer. It's good that the top and bottom are Evo.

I'm having the same sort of issue. I just got a Softail with a spcon title and a state tag on the frame. so all I have are the engine numbers to go by. But I can't find much about them. It's supposedly a Harley crate motor.
The numbers on the primary side read *BKLX924184*
the plate on the timing side lower front by the oil lines is blank?
i did manage to find that the numbers on the cylinders 16584-83A are for a 80" I believe, but other than that I have hit a lot of dead ends. Any help would be much appreciated.
