My 06 deluxe threw an check engine light yesterday. When doing a code check it shows P1353 and P 1356. These are Front and rear cylinder "no Combustion" What gives the bike is running fine. This also happened a few weeks ago then went away.. I also need to add that it listed a part# 34317-06. There is not parts listed at Harley for this number, Any clues?
FYI - that vintage had no combustion codes in completely stock trim and the cals were revised. There may be a revised stock cal for your bike. It can also happen if the mufflers were changed or someone used aftermarket plugs or wires. Bottom line is it can be real or a code generated by parameters that were too "tight" in the OE cal.
