My throttle body cracked and broke near the top right screw hole. No idea how it happened but I have a new OEM TB on order. Wondering if anyone has experience replacing the throttle body and could chime in with some guidance?. I'm guessing tank and horn need to be removed to gain access to the injectors and manifold bolts but since I've never removed and installed one I'm not sure how much of a pain in the *** this will be..

I don't think it is a pain, remove your air cleaner and backing plate assembly to see that the TB is just held onto the intake manifold with three screws. On my bike I'm guessing everything is accessible from the right side, no need to remove tank or anything from the left side of engine. (No need to remove the manifold or injectors.)
Just follow your nose.
Yeah I plan on it. Especially since I voided my power train warranty with my mods, all done myself. I removed the A/C yesterday to put a different one on and found that the throttle body was cracked. All three manifold bolts were torqued to the correct Inch pounds and not very tight. No idea how this could have happened but after doing a little research It seems like others have had the same issue so I'm wondering if maybe there was already a hairline fracture there to begin with.
I found a slightly used OEM TB from a 2019 RGS for less than a hundred bucks so at least this won't break the bank.
The trick is to wiggle the throttle body up and down to loosen the o-rings. Then push the throttle body down maneuver the throttle body out. It is also helpful to pry the flanges up as close as possible to the center of the throttle body as it's a very tight fit.
I downloaded the service manual for my bike so I should be all set. I'm only replacing the throttle body and not the entire assembly and Initially I didn't know you could just separate the throttle body from the induction manifold.

Downloaded the service manual for my bike. So much for this thread!
Good Luck!
