Default Need Help with my Throttle
I have a 09 FLSTC that I was installing a throttle lock on today. Part of the install required removing the bottom housing screw. I got everything on and was checking to make sure the throttle wasn't in a bind and noticed I could only open the throttle about one quarter turn. I took the throttle lock off, trying to figure out the problem, but still can only open the throttle about one fourth. Any ideas?

sounds like the throttle is in a bind? Take the screw back out and see if that frees it up... Loosen all of the housing screws, not take them out just loosen them. Sounds like something isn't seated right

Did you have to remove the stock throttle lock? It's held in place with a tiny snap ring. It could be loose and binding?

cable came off at throttle body
