EZ start cams cause low readings, but still equal. HD ACRs will cause a difference front to rear when activated, but should go back to close to even F-R when deactivated.

PS- is it needing a lot more fuel, in one cylinder, than usual?

After 6 months or so at Harley one of the corporate tech guys asked if they'd checked the speed sensor. Turns out with the grudge box there's a spacer that needs to go under the sensor. This wasn't installed so the sensor got chewed up and was shorting everything out. Fried the ecm and caused all these issues. Harley made the repairs for all that and got it running. It was then trailered to me for a tune and here we are.
All of that information first would have helped. Bubba modified a perfectly good S&S crate engine and it all went south. Who knows what else the screwed you. Open cam chest start checking. I hope you get paid for your work in advance.

I’d check the cam timing just to get that out of the way.

It was purchased from a very well known shop. These same guys also purchased a 143 from them with same mods and no issues. I've already been paid for the dyno tune but this will be a little extra lol.

Post a dyno chart when you get it dialed in. I’m curious what they actually put out.

How could the cam timing be off on a new crate engine?

Crate engines are assembled by humans, then this one was patrially disassembled to drill passageways, then reassembled by other humans. Multiple opportunities.

That was my thoughts on it. Hopefully I'll have time in the next few days to find out
