Those aren't xzotic pans. I run them on a EVO softail. I think the cam cover might be Xzotic tho. Possibly someone else. I suspect Twisted is right about them being STD or possibly SnS. I'm pretty sure the frame is aftermarket. I don't remember any HD frames using single downtube except for the older Ws and earlier.

Frames definitely aftermarket, heads will be STD or S&S, only two making that style or was, rocker covers can be anyone's as those heads were designed to use stock covers for the look.
