Default Sputhe engine id

i recently acquired an old shovel chopper with sputhe cases.the first 4#'s in the id are 7000, i understand that this is also the part number, does anyone out there know what these cases are? the original stud holes have been filled
and re-drilled for shovel barrels. i would appreciate any information and thank you!
