Hello everyone!! I live in Italy and I've a wonderful 1999 Night Train with Evo engine that I customizing by a bobber. I like a old school style. Recently I'm looking for a custom built motorcycle in USA for import it to Italy. I've found a good bobber with a hardtail and a Revtech 88" Panhead (Pandemonium) on it.....
Someone know anything about that engine? I like the idea about a new engine with a old style look, but reliability?
All advices are welcome....Thanks much.....
Hi... I haven't heard anything bad about Revtech motors, butI don't know first hand. There are so many options these days to getting a nice bobber. I personally don't think anyone needs big cubes in a rigid. Nice heavy flywheels and a well spaced gear box is my main criteria for happy motoring on a rigid.
My tech recommends revtech over others like Ultima. Granted, he says you're better off with S&S but a close 2nd is revtech. Considering how much time he has wrenching, I'd buy one.
