I went through the same decision when doing the cam on my 2017 RGS. The simple answer is yes, because the aftermarket bearing is a much better product then the harley bearing. If you are doing it yourself, you'll have to spend some money on the tool. If you are having an installer do it, they should have the tool and it won't add much to the labor.
I replaced mine at 6000 miles when I did the cams and I borrowed a blind hole puller set from AutoZone to get the old ones out. This was on my 2013 103
yep doing the S&S cam plate and oil pump already, and I have the Super tuner pro but I think it will be useless for the TW-222 cams SO looks like a Power Vision is also in the works, what a money pit!
