Question for the EVO experts.
I have a 98 Roadking with cracked primary ring on the engine case. I have a lower end off of a 90 FXR (I think).
Is there any reason I can not use the 90 lower assembly with the 98 top end? TYIA

 

no,but why not just fix the lip,we've fixed 100's over the years.once fixed they are way stronger than stock

 

Easier to have the lip fixed.. Or you can go with a belt drive..

 

where do I get them fixed and what is the cost?
