Oil runs through the pushrod covers, if they're leaking you'll have to check and replace the "O" rings.
This will require either opening the rocker boxes or cutting the old rods and installing adjustables.

At least a little bit of oil does. Enough to make a mess
seems like someone had a brain fart and left out the center o-ring. I would go the adjustable PR route to replace.

With air cleaner off at idle I feel good amount of pressure coming out of breather head bolt holes , as I Rev up motor that pressure decreases, is that normal ?
Update: I did the temporary o ring fix, I have a o ring kit from work, and cut and superglued them in, it was a bitch , but it reduced oil leaking almost complete, 1 was hard to manipulate fingers to hold and glue, but all in all , it is better and temporary until i put the s&s quickee set in
thanks everyone
